This product came in a nice zippered case with charging cord and multiple attachments. This is much more lightweight than my previous massager and I haven’t had any issues with power malfunction. I did purchase the warranty offer through assurion just in case.
All in all I feel this product has helped with pain relief in my shoulders and my upper and lower back. I’m really happy with this purchase and I would recommend. I loved it!
