This was exactly what I had been looking for. The fact that it folds flat against the wall is a big plus. I originally installed it with the mounting hardware included, but it pulled out of the wall within a few days. I suggest either mounting it directly into a stud or using bigger toggle bolts. Once I mounted it into the stud, no more issues. Good quality, good price!
