First of all, let me apologize, in advance, for this lengthy review; I truly need to express my thoughts on my personal experience with this treadmill and the buying process.

Firstly, I was really excited to find this treadmill at such a good price, especially because I needed to find a portable treadmill under $300, which is the wellness benefit allowed by the company for which I work.

I received the treadmill super fast, faster than the date that I was given, which impressed me even further. The assembly was super easy and quick, even when being stubborn and not taking the time to properly read the instructions. 🙄 Yes, I am that person. LOL.

I truly, truly love the size and weight of this treadmill, as I am 5′ 2″ and was dreading having to lug the box up to my 2nd story apartment, then having to move it around inside. I did have my boyfriend help me, but I am sure that I would have been able to do it myself, with just a little more huffing and puffing. 😉💪🏻

It is so easy to fold and very portable. The wheels work great and I love being able to move it anywhere with ease.

Once I got it all oiled up and my boyfriend and I gave it a whirl, we did notice a creaking sound that we were hoping would go away. Well, it didn’t, so I e-mailed the vendor and was given instructions on what to check: ensure all screws and bolts are tightened properly, the treadmill is on an even surface, etc. We checked all of that and moved it to a different area, but it was still creaking only on one side. The vendor rep. said that some creaking is normal, as this is a portable treadmill and not a professional version, which I completely understand.
I was willing to overlook the creaking; however, when I was asked if I would send a video for the technician to check if the sound was normal, I was happy to comply.

When I was about to make the video, the rep. e-mailed me that it was not necessary to send the video, after all, and offered a replacement. Is that great customer service or what? I feel that the rep. went above and beyond my expectations and made the replacement process hassle-free.

The fact that the treadmill itself is such a gem, for the type of equipment that it is (portable for home use), with it’s wireless fitness tracking capabilities and ease-of-use, as well as the fact that it’s wide and long enough for a good walk/run makes me happy, happy!

Finally, this treadmill will help me keep fitness at hand and my people phobia at bay, as I will not need to visit a gym as often. 🙇🏻‍♀️🙏🏻😊
