Creatine Monohydrate is amazing, these capsules work great! There are a lot of different options out there but this worked the best for me. I take this prior to working out and have a lot more energy and stamina. It makes the workout more pleasant and productive. This is definitely a high quality product!

There isn’t really any taste. The capsules are a bit bigger than a typical pill though. They stay fresh in the bottle and provide a nice energy boost whenever needed! Just make sure you are drinking lots of water with them.
