This stuff definitely helps with my arthritis pain. The only issue that I have is that if you take a pill out of the bottle with your fingers it will leave an orange stain that is hard to wash off. If you drop the pill from the bottle into the palm of your hand to take it, it will leave a orange stain in your palm. I recommended gently shaking a pill into the cap and then pop the pill into your mouth. Overall, highly satisfied.
