I broke my hip and have had 2 surgeries in 4 months and have bought countless ice packs trying to find one that was comfortable or fit right where I needed it to be and stayed cold longer than 10 min before feeling like it wasn’t working anymore. It is worth every penny. It is flexible even just coming out of the freezer, stays cold forever, and actually forms to your hip and the straps actually fit and are very adjustable.
