This thing is awesome! I’ve been utilizing this after a heavy rainstorm to see how bad and the extent of the water intrusion through one of my windows. The cold moisture was picked up through the drywall which gave me an idea of where I had to cut open.

This has also worked well for me to see where I need insulation added.
