The delivery team was great. The assembly of this chair was straight forward. It is well made product. Most importantly, this Real Relax massage chair was indeed a great purchase! Considering that massage by a professional misuse can be very expensive (about $100.00 per session) this chair has already paid for itself as it is used 6 to 8 times per week. No, it cannot replace the “human touch” but it comes very close. All the massage modes are excellent and are performed precisely and at the end of the session, we love how this chair ends you by gently returning you to reality.
The only disappointment is the control pad is not “backlit” to see all the function keys. The Bluetooth speakers work reasonably well but as a serious audiophile, they could be better. Maybe Real Relax could collaborate with Bose and create a better sound envelope.
