Ordered this jacket in February it’s now November and I still love this jacket and get tons of compliments. I would buy this jacket again – love the army green color. Customer service was amazing I actually lost the battery And requested to buy a new one. They responded to my email within 2 hours and they offered to send me a new one for free that’s it’s still under warranty. Not often do you get quality and customer service like that. Win win. .
