They are light weight. Im a 34-B and bought a small-medium. They fit perfect! I wear these every single day. When I wash these, I take the cups out and put the cups in the washer too. When I take them out of the washer, I hang them to dry. But, I hang all my bras to dry. I have found that drying any bra I’ve had has changed the shape of the bra so I air-dry them.
