I love this pillow! My lumbar issues have subsided while using it in my bed. I mainly purchased this pillow to use while watching TV in my bed. For reference I am 5’2 and 160 lbs. I’ve always had lumbar issues when sitting in one position for too long. However, after using this pillow in bed my lumbar pains have improved.

Pros:
– well made, sturdy and firm
– great lumbar support
– able to elevate my head effectively without causing any neck or back discomfort
– inflated to correct size after removing from packaging

Cons:
– none so far
