To begin, I am a quick eater. I often eat on the go or in my car and as a result, I accidentally bite my tongue and cheek more often than your regular human. About a week before my wisdom teeth surgery I bit the side of my cheek hard enough to make it bleed. Later that night after brushing I used this mouthwash. The next morning the wound wasn’t completely healed but it was much further along in the healing process than I expected it to be. Usually it take me a few days to fully heal from a hard bite and this stuff helped my mouth heal completely after 3 uses.

With this knowledge in mind I was excited to use this after my wisdom teeth surgery. I waited until day four after my surgery to begin using this mouthwash. Its hydrogen peroxide based so it makes me feel confident my mouth is actually clean. The salt water rinses my doctor recommended just don’t cut it in my mind. It’s now been a week since surgery and this stuff has been a major help in getting my mouth healed quickly! I highly recommend!
