What’s the best hand held fan?

I live in the hottest part of TX and I hate the heat. Hate it. I have been carrying around a hand fan from the Dollar Tree for the past 5 years until I got this fan.
I love it, it doesn’t weigh a ton so it fits nicely in my bag. So far the battery hasn’t died on me and I charge it roughly once a week to be sure it stays that way.
