I have had laser removal from a professional service and spent thousands on it. The results weren’t complete and I still have to shave the area. With this at home product I have noticed a big difference already. Totally recommend. My hair is coming in less often and much lighter. I love that I can do this at home and on my own schedule. The price point is awesome. I personally have not used the cooling feature as I do have a higher pain tolerance. The laser itself isn’t too bad at all. I pretty much went to level 4 straight off. For reference I have medium olive skin with almost black hair. I have been using it all over: Brazilian, legs, one arm (the other has a tattoo sleeve, do NOT do this over tattoos), armpits, chin, upper lip, between eyebrows. All have been a big difference. I will continue to use until I’m no longer needing to pay that pink tax on razors! 100% recommend!
