I chose this book because I am a beginner at sewing clothes. The book was informative and thorough without being overwhelming. I felt it was well-written with an inviting style. The projects presented are attractive and doable. The glossary is helpful, and the list of resources very useful. I enjoyed reading it straight through the first time, and I’ve since returned to it often to review a point or consider a project to try.
