We use it on two floors and it can get confused from of where it is from time to time. There is another version of this that is designed for doing 2 floors. I’ll upgrade to that one one day, but this one is still great. It does its thing, rarely gets stuck, and picks up a lot of dust. It’s very easy to clean and maintain.
Oh, and I’ve heard my girlfriend whisper to it “I love you so much. You’re my secret boyfriend.”
