I had thought I was ordering 40lb hanging weight, so, initially, I was disappointed that when the box arrived it stated 22 lbs.

I wanted to hang a 16lb mirror in the bathroom area and did not wish to permanently disturb the wall area in a rental apartment. I decided to stick 2 of these hooks, figuring, if they did not hold, I would take the chance of losing the mirror. The hooks have held now for several weeks. Checking the adhesion after 2 weeks, the adhesive backs are still firm and no problems….so far! It is looking most promising!
