How can I clean my sinuses from home?

  • 0

I originally bought this because my doctor wanted me to do saline rinses for my allergies and asthma but I have never been able to successfully use a Nettie pot. Usually what would end up happening was the water wouldn’t run through my nostrils but just back out and then across my cheek. Each treatment would be a waste. The Navage uses suction power so it’s been fool proof. I’ve heard of the wonders that saline spray can do for allergies but I never believed them. Consider me a believer now. There are nights when I’ll have particularly bothersome allergies in my sinus area specifically and nasal sprays just won’t quite do the trick. I’ll bust this thing out and do a treatment with the flow running one way, then reverse it to get the flow running the other way, and the results are immediate. It’s such a relief that it’s almost addicting to use. I never thought I’d be saying that to describe having water go up my nose but here I am. It’s pricey absolutely but for the purpose of me doing saline rinses and not struggling with a pot, it’s been totally worth it. It’s become a life saver and will be used a lot.
