These vitamins are great! I originally got them just for the joint support but they also help if you have the foggy brain like myself  lol if youre hesitating just go ahead and get these! Youll feel better the longer you take them and you wont regret it! Ive told some of my coworkers about them and I also bought a similar kind for my husband and he too is happy with the product!
