My wife and I own 125 acre farm……..and I am 76 y/o, so there are some things that require straining one’s back, among other things. Whether gardening, cutting and splitting firewood, mowing the 10-acre hilly lawn or general chores around the farm, it’s tough on the old body. I had one of these braces previously and it had simply worn out after a couple of years. Until I received the new replacement yesterday, I forgot just how valued this product is! I have been known to over-exert myself sometimes (daily) and my back tends to get the worst of it. I put the new support on yesterday and I could immediately tell the difference! I could sit, stoop, bend and lift with fewer little jabs of pain. It even helps support my big beer belly, another strain on my back that I am not proud of, lol. I have tried two other support products and this is going to remain my go to from this point forward.
