As far as printers go, I’d probably recommend this one to beginners over the ender 3, if for no other reason than it’s slightly more simple to put together and you don’t have to go through the hassle of trying to adjust the bed with knobs which can take a while depending on the situation. Out of the box, it’s print quality was better than my ender 3 and I’d say it was comparable to my prusa. So I was very pleased with this purchase!
