Warms up very quick! Most heating pads take a few minutes to start feeling the heat, but you can feel the heat on this the moment you turn it on! It gets very hot. Even on the lowest setting it’s really warm. The adjustable strap works great also!! I felt like I could still function and get work done while cramping!
