Smells wonderful. Full of vanilla inside the pod. I’m making extract with Vodka made in Texas. I split 15 pods, scraped them out, put in the bottle. It’s already turning dark after a few days. I will let it marinate in a dark place for a month or so. I shake it at least once a day. No sugar added. Just vanilla beans and vodka.
