I bought this on recommendation to help with opening pores and sweating to ease my cystic acne. The steam doesn’t seem to do much for the acne, but it helps a LOT with the effectiveness of cleanser and exfoliating. It also just feels amazing doing 5-10 minutes every morning (don’t do it everyday with dry skin). I don’t know how the “Nano” steam measures versus a normal steam though.

Towel function is a nice option for when I want to heat up my neck, and haven’t had the need to try the humidifier option but the reservoir is not very large so I doubt it would work well in a space larger than a small washroom.
