I ordered this because I was given 50lbs of onions last fall. I have a freeze dryer & planned to freeze dry them so I can have onions for cooking without having to peel, chop while making my hands stink & eyes water. This product allowed me to chop them quickly & easily. I’ll definitely use it all the time now. I also used it to make sweet potato fries in my air fryer!
