Needed this for leg elevation after total hip replacement. Piling up pillows just never worked for me. This comes in higher versions, but I got this one because it can be raised (by putting a throw pillow under it and a bed pillow on top) or left as is. The velour cover prevents the other pillows from sliding out. It appears to be a well-made product, doesn’t slide around on the bed, and is comfortable enough that I can fall asleep with my leg up on it.
