I’m a 6″4′ 300 pound guy I live in a small apartment and this thing is not only sturdy it’s compact , it really folds in half. I looked a long time and finally settled on this one and I do not regret it one bit. Definitely a good purchase . I love the quick slide for back adjustment and I love the high seat adjustment for inclined sit ups. This thing is perfect for all my workouts. I’m not a ” Gym guy ” since covid this is my main peice of workout equipment, it gets the job done.
