As part of my therapy for Tinnitus and Hyperacusis, I was instructed to run a sound machine when I sleep. I wear sound generators all waking hours, but the brain needs to be kept ‘in sound’ 24/7. So, I picked up an original Lectrofan. Great machine! I tune it to the pink noise range that approximates my devices. Well, when I saw the Evo was on special a week or so ago, I ordered one thinking it would be nice to have a backup since this is necessary for me to have. It’s a nice improvement over the original. The buttons are a bit more logical and the sounds quality is a little less ‘hissy’ and tighter overall.

I highly recommend either one, with the Evo being the preferred of the two.
