As my son is just shy of 5, we’re getting into the practice of pumpkin carving for the season. We purchased a great kit a few weeks ago, but one thing I wanted to provide him was an opportunity to have *ideas* of how he may cut the pumpkin.

This kit allowed that to happen pretty quickly. He was able to pick and choose the pieces that make up the face, then we were able to use the pieces to cut the face out from the pumpkin (think cookie cutter).

As an addition, these will also be used as cookie cutters to make some holiday treats.
