What’s a good multivitamin for teens?

I have chronic pancreatic, no colon and chronic pain. Which leads to no appetite or pain when eating. So trying to find good adds to my diet. I believe these have been a good add to my supplements. Since adding I have notice a little improvement to my energy level. The capsules are a little thick when swallowing but no flavor.
