Originally I purchased this chair and it had a few screws that were missing in the box somehow. I wrote a review on here (which I just deleted since the update function didn’t work) explaining my frustration. The Seller read those comments and immediately reached out to me to send me the missing parts asap. Additionally for my trouble they provided me with a discount to my purchase price. I’m happy to say the chair is extremely comfortable and the customer service was impeccable. Highly recommend this product.
