I run through lotions, potions, and everything I can find especially during the winter months. I have finally found my best friend! This Neutrogena Hydro Boost is amazing. It feels luxurious going on and doesn’t leave any tacky feeling. It doesn’t absorb right on contact which I like. I’m able to let it soak into my hands, arms, legs, feet. etc. There is a slight smell which I find appealing but it quickly dissipates. Give it try. I highly recommend.
