Product lasted 3 years. We have been through a few, not well-managed, TV parks and this Surge Protector proved itself several times. Warn us of mis-wired pedestals as well as no power and a ground fault.
Finally failed- indicator lights dead, but the unit still passed power to my 5th wheel.
Filed the warranty for the replacement and, within 2 hours, was honored by Progressive.
Good unit and great customer support.
Replacement is being shipped without charge and the bad unit trashed.
