When you first pull the bottle out, it’s going to be incredibly hot. Even when set for average body temp (98.6). However, the milk in the bottle is just right. I can see how the other reviews about melted bottles could be true due to how warm it get. We use the Comotomo bottles and they fit with room to spare.
