We bought this in May 2021 and only had a few rides on it before winter storage. In June 2022 when we pulled it from storage and inflated it again for our kids to use there was a giant bulge in the main tube. The tube wouldn’t ride correctly and the kids would be forced into the side corners causing them to flip easily. I contacted Airhead customer service and they sent me a new main inter tube with no hesitation. It’s not often we see great customer service like this anymore and they deserve 5 stars. Thank you Airhead our kids can’t wait to get their favorite tube back for summer!
