This item works really well. I have been having fun drying and trying different fruits and vegetables. It takes a good 9 to 10 hours to dry food to a crisp, as I love the crunch. So I turn it on when I go to work and it’s done when I get home. It’s small even with 5 trays, but it’s perfect for me. It’s a good buy!
