I suffer from tension headaches. Usually medicine won’t touch it. I just have to lay down for awhile and hope for the best. So when I saw this and read reviews on it I immediately ordered it. What else did I have to lose? The day it came I put in the freezer and the very next day I was able to test it out as a tension headache creeped up on me. INSTANT RELIEF!
Other than being a little too cold on the eyes (maybe I shouldn’t have put it in the freezer) it brought instant relief to my head. I laid down for about 15 minutes with it, got up and felt brand new.
