I’ve had them for several months in the Mississippi heat and record amounts of rainfall. They dry fast and stay clean as long as you stretch them out to dry after a rain. They block the sun enough to help shade my porch, but let enough sun through to be bright. I have no complaints about them so far. They seem to be great quality, heavy and durable. I used hemming tape where needed and it’s held up great. I have the bright white and the taupe which are reallly tan. I definitely recommend!
