This was ordered as a replacement for a Frigidaire 14000 BTU window-mount unit. That unit was too heavy for us to install, even with the additional “Qualward” mounting bracket that we also ordered. Never did get that unit installed. We ordered two of these Zafro units as replacements; they are super-easy to unpack and set up (even for disabled people with no lifting ability). The exhaust duct and window kit are also easy to install. Been using this for three days, and had no trouble whatsoever. Recommended!
