This is a very easy and clear book with a lot of good points and suggestions. I really enjoyed it and learned quite a bit. I did, however, leave wanting and feeling like I needed more. I’m not exactly sure what. Maybe a little more in depth advice to processes and methods mentioned. For instance “breathe with your diaphragm” is stated as necessary… how do I know I’m doing that? Visuals of posture, etc… things I’ll keep researching, and who knows, maybe I’m asking to much. Either way it’s great!
