I use my desktop computer on the top floor of the house and the router is in the basement. So it was not ideal. Before this my computer got 40 down and 20 up. With this extender over wifi I can now get 200 down, and over ethernet I’m getting 400 down 400 up! For only 70 dollars, I strongly recommend this for anyone who doesn’t want to go through the hassle of routing a cable throughout a house so that distant parts of the house still have good internet speeds. I only regret I didn’t have this done earlier.
