I have only used this heater for three days, but have found it to be what I need. I use it for a bedroom that does not seem to warm up very well from the main source of heat. The room is approximately 15 x 18. The only safety feature that is not mentioned in the specifications is tip over protection, but I do not think think this will matter because it seems very stable and would be difficult to turn over. I like the oscillating feature because it heats the room faster when turned on. The heater was also delivered speedily and in good condition. Customer service was very courteous and helpful when I called about a feature I was not quite sure about. The only thing I disliked was the instruction pamphlet as I did not think it contained enough detailed information. This might not be a problem for anyone else because it is difficult for me to understand anything dealing with equipment technology.
