I needed a rug that would be wearable, not skid on hard wood floors. Note: I have an older dog with arthritis who needed help getting on and off the bed. This rug was just the right size for the area. It does not skid at all on the wood floors. It is thick enough to provide some comfort to the dog when he lays on it. The price was right. The pattern I chose is nice, not necessarily matching the decor, but not detracting from it. Good pattern, the colors are somewhat muted. It’s a keeper.
