The lighting in my home office is not good for conferencing and I had to do something about it. This lamp does all of that and more! I installed this on the back of desk and the disc of diffused light peaks out from behind and over the top of my monitors to provide excellent fill lighting that is adjustable by temperature and brightness and remembers your last setting if you turn it off.  It takes up virtually no space and folds away nicely. You can bend it at virtually any angle. I also like to use it for arts and crafts at my desk. This has been the best desk lamp I’ve ever owned!
