I used the bonnet for a couple of nights. I don’t know that my hair tangled less with it, but it was great getting my hair off my neck during hot flashes in the middle of the night. I have really curly hair. Daughter has long straight thick hair and it tangles badly at night. We used to braid it to stop tangling, but it made it weird wavy. She really likes the cap because she wakes up with smooth not tangled hair. So, I likely need to get another one for myself. Not getting this one back.
