The packaging was easy to open, we had no issues with the plastic wrapping or getting the box open. That already was a good sign because we didn’t have to hurt ourselves getting it open. It was well organized in the box, it was self explanatory and easy to get started. We didn’t have to mess with batteries, it was already charged and ready for use right out of the box. Sizing the collar to our pup was easy and he didn’t seem uncomfortable wearing it. I really like there are different stages to the collar, you can play a sound, make it vibrate, or go straight to shock.
