This skillet is totally nonstick. I made spaghetti in it last night last night using very lean meat and didn’t have to use anything to prevent sticking. There’s plenty of space to saute’ mushrooms and onions then add the sauce. All done in one pan! Once the noodles were boiled and drained I added them to the mix. There’s THAT mush space in the skillet! I know I’ll get a lot of use out of it! There’s even enough space to cut a Boston butt roast in half and cook in it.
