The Juicer is (still) amazing after a year of using but we run into a small problem. The food (beetroot which hard to masticate) is not all processed and is pushed in front of the auger which in return is pushing the header (the lock) a little bit out.
I contacted customer support and in less than 24 hours we were asked to send a video showing how the parts are looking during the processing.
After another 24 hours we were contacted again with some recommendations to better take care of the machine and with an arrangement for a new set of accessories.
As you can see the answer back from Amschef Customer Support was very quick and the recommendations were very useful.
