I work on the computer and for several months have been having upper back pain. I ordered this and wasn’t very optimistic that it would help. It is wonderful and immediately alleviated the pinch in my back and gave me lumbar support at the same time. It is firm enough to do its job, but just squishy enough to be comfortable as well. It allows me to sit forward and still slouch a bit. I’m 5’7. My son, who is 6’3 has the same office chair and when he tried it, he loved it as well. Today I purchased one for him and a second one for me for my living room recliner so I don’t have to bother switching them out lol
