The waist band is very comfortable. I wore it while on a flight and also while walking a lot through airports and throughout the city. When I took off the waste band at the end of the day my stomach looked a little flatter from the sweat. I am wearing it to the gym tomorrow and can’t wait to see the results after my workout!
